My last disc has been wore down to pretty much about NOTHING! My doctors have recommended getting the disc replaced. I need some help or some tips for temporary relief for this pain- anything would be appreciated. It’s unbearable :( Thanks!

check this out before you have back surjery. it’s a newer type of procdure they are doing. go on chicagodrx.com and look into that. it’s called spinal decompression and they repair the disc. I don’t know where you live but just go online and it should give you a phone number for the area you live in.

Try Acupuncture, it works wonders but dont go to just anybody. Has to be a Doctor that’s highly recommended.
I’m a Construction Worker and Acupuncture saved me from surgery, good luck!

  4. Yes acupuncture can help or also see if you can find a local myopractor for some myopractic relief.

  5. Just be sure to do your research on any practitioner, they are obligated to provide information on their qualifications upon request and many include them on their walls or in the reception area for you to have a look at. Also referrals are a great way to find someone, as friends and family are then recommending them from past experience.
